Am letzten Montag ist das diesjährige 100-Tage-Projekt zu Ende gegangen. Wie versprochen, möchte ich euch im heutigen Video einen Überblick geben über Collage Nr. 51 bis Collage Nr. 100. Damit das nicht zu langatmig wird, werde ich relativ schnell durchblättern, nur bei einigen Collagen etwas länger verweilen.
In der zweiten Hälfte des Projektes habe ich viel mit alten Gelatinedrucken gearbeitet. Ich mag die Strukturen, die bei dieser Monoprint-Technik entstehen. Ein weiterer Vorteil: Es gibt keine Urheberrechts-Probleme, auf die man bei anderem Material achten muss.
In manchen der Collagen habe ich die Gelatinedrucke mit Elementen aus Magazinen kombiniert, was für mich spannende Kontraste ergab. Aber schaut selbst:
Nachdem ich jetzt ein paar Tage Collage-Pause gemacht und etwas Abstand vom Projekt gewonnen habe, werde ich mir all die Collagen in einer Gesamtschau nochmal vornehmen und versuchen, ein Fazit des Projektes zu ziehen. In ein paar Tagen mehr dazu.
100-Day-Project: The collages of the second half
This year’s 100-day project ended last Monday. As promised, in today’s video above I would like to give you an overview of collage no. 51 to collage no. 100. So that it doesn’t get too long-winded, I’ll leaf through it relatively quickly, only staying a little longer with some collages.
In the second half of the project I worked a lot with old gelatine prints. I like the structures that are created with this monoprint technique. Another benefit: there are no copyright issues to watch out for with other material.
In some of the collages I combined the gelatine prints with elements from magazines, which resulted in exciting contrasts for me. But see for yourself in the video above.
Now that I’ve taken a break from collage for a few days and gained some distance from the project, I’ll take a look at all the collages again and try to draw a conclusion on the project. More on that in a few days.
