Ich mag den Ausdruck “Concertina Sketchbooks” für diese “Zieharmonika-Skizzenbücher” oder Leporellos. Man kann sie kaufen oder ganz einfach selbermachen.
Das hat den Vorteil, dass man sich das Papier, aus dem sie bestehen, aussuchen kann, die Größe bestimmen und die Anzahl der Seiten. Und viel günstiger ist es außerdem.
Im heutigen Video zeige ich euch, wie ich meine Concertina Sketchbooks hergestellt und was ich anfangs darin gemacht habe.
Ich habe jetzt einen Untergrund, auf dem ich weitermachen möchte. Weil gerade viel Arbeit ansteht (einige Aufträge zur Gestaltung von Flyern, Weihnachtskarten und anderem), weiß ich noch nicht, wann ich dazu komme. Aber ich werde berichten – und zeigen.
Übrigens: Vielleicht habt ihr euch gewundert, dass ich den Stift scheinbar in der linken Hand halte (ich bin Rechtshänderin). Das war kein Versuch, mit der nicht-dominanten Hand zu kritzeln, sondern einfach der Videoaufnahme geschuldet.
Make your own concertina sketchbook – and work with it
I like the term “concertina sketchbooks” for these “accordion sketchbooks” or leporellos. You can buy them or you can easily make them yourself.
This has the advantage that you can choose the paper they are made of, determine the size and the number of pages. And it’s a lot cheaper too.
In today’s video (above) I show you how I made my concertina sketchbooks and what I did in them in the beginning.
I now have a ground to continue on. Because there is a lot of work to do right now (some commissions to design flyers, Christmas cards and other things), I don’t know when I’ll get to it yet. But I will report – and show.
By the way: You may have wondered why I seem to be holding the pen in my left hand (I’m right-handed). This was not an attempt to doodle with the non-dominant hand, but simply due to the video recording.
